We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have 7 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
– We should receive the returned product within 7 working days following the date of [purchase / delivery] of the product;
– The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)][, with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
– For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

A great care is taken in order to ensure that the ordered goods are received in good working order and perfect condition. If the goods received are damaged or faulty, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days upon receipt of the order. Depending upon the condition of the goods we will either replace the item or offer a refund as appropriate.
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
